Full Troop Meeting on Feb 20

There will be a Full Troop meeting on Tuesday Feb 20th at the Disciple House.   The meeting events will include continuing to build the Klondike sled and setting up the meal plan and travel plan for the Camp Munhacke Klondike event.

Merit Badge Counselors needed

The troop is in need of Merit Badge Counselors.   We specifically need counselors for some of the Eagle required merit badges.   They include Camping, Communications, Cycling, Emergency Prepardness, Hiking, Lifesaving, Sustainability and Swimming.  If you click in the files section you will see a link to the merit badges offered and where counselors are needed.   If you would like to be a counselor for any of these or other merit badges please contact Rick Vanden Heuvel, Chris Short or Pete Potsos and we wil review the process on how to sign up! 

Rock Climbing / Spaghetti Dinner Service Project Mar 2 - 3

Arrive at Disciple house at 8:00 pm on Friday night March 2.  There will be a movie and games.  They will spend the night and on Saturday morning go to Planet Rock.  At about 4:30 in the afternoon, the older Scouts will go to the church Parish Center to help begin cooking for the Spaghetti Dinner.  The rest of the boys will go about 5:30 to begin working.  Once the Spaghetti dinner work is complete and cleaned up, the Scouts are free to go home from there. It usually ends approximately 8:30 pm.  Class A uniforms are required for the Spaghetti Dinner portion of the event.
